How do I join Phi Delta Phi?

1. Attend the law school student organization fair and pick up information about Phi Delta Phi.

2. Read about the benefits that accrue to Phi Delta Phi members.

Balfour Scholarships

· Phi Delta Phi International awards twelve $3,000 grants each year to Phi Delta Phi members. Phi Delta Phi also awards two additional $3,000 grants annually to one minority student and one student who chooses to study abroad.

Canned Immunity

· For your donation of a canned food item, you will be able to avoid being called on in class for a day.

Low Dues

· An annual school stipend and several fundraisers per semester enable us to keep our dues at only $10 per semester. (There is a one-time $70 international initiation fee.)

Scholarship

· Check out class outlines from fellow students to ease your studying woes.

· Guest speakers

· Benefit from the scholastic, career, and social experiences of current Phi Delta Phi members.

School Participation

· Co-sponsorship of SBA haunted house

· Weekly faculty brown bag lunch discussions

· Ethics Week Trivia

Social Events

· Your social dues contribute to 2-4 social events per semester at the discretion of a majority of current and future members.

Volunteer Opportunities

· Community Service Week

· Winter clothing and Thanksgiving food drives

· Federal and state income tax preparers

4. Visit our calendar and attend as many Phi Delta Phi-sponsored events or meetings as you like.

5. Remit your dues to our Exchequer and attend the initiation ceremony.
