Welcome to Phi Delta Phi’s “Stone Inn” at Marquette University Law
School.
Founded in 1869, Phi Delta Phi International is the second oldest legal organization in North America, even older than the American Bar Association. Phi Delta Phi has over 125 chapters throughout the Western Hemisphere. Of our almost 200,000 Barristers (alumni) across the globe, you may recognize names such as Presidents William Taft, William McKinley, Theodore Roosevelt, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and Gerald Ford; Supreme Court Justices William Rehnquist, John Paul Stevens, Antonin Scalia, William Brennan, Lewis Powell, Potter Stewart, Byron White, Sandra Day O’Connor, Thurgood Marshall, and Benjamin Cardozo; and distinguished members of the bar Robert F. Kennedy, Adlai Stevenson, Walter Mondale, James Baker, and William Prosser. Join Phi Delta Phi today and become part of this unbelievable tradition.
